American country singer Morgan Wallen made headlines after his second performance at Saturday Night Live on March 29, 2025. The major topic did not include much of his performance but rather his abrupt exit after the show was over. After his exit, Wallen came on Instagram to post a photo of a private plane with the caption "Get Me to God's country." Netizens criticized Wallen for walking off the stage. A few days later, Morgan Wallen posted an announcement of his new merch on his Instagram story. The merch includes a T-shirt and two caps with the statement "Get me to God's Country" on them.
