"I couldn't even be mad at her": Cardi B shares how she reacted after her daughter Kulture drew on her $60,000 Hermés Kelly bag

Cardi B was at the 2025 Revolve Festival, and she spoke to E! News The Rundown.

The incident of Cardi B's daughter, Kulture, drawing on her Hermés Kelly bag was brought up again during the interview. Cardi shared the doodle on her Instagram stories back on March 23, 2025. It included a tiny heart on one of Cardi's yellow Hermés bags.

The bag Kulture drew on was estimated to be around $60,000. However, the Thru Your Phone singer confessed to E! News that she could not be mad at her daughter for a long time.

During the interview, Cardi shared with Erin Lim Rhodes:

"I couldn't even be mad at her because I wanted to see if she was gonna tell me the truth... I was like, 'Kulture, did you doodle on mommy's purse?' And she's like, 'Yeah! Did you like it?' I couldn't even be mad at her because it seemed like she was happy to do it. I don't think she did it on purpose. I was like, 'Listen, don't do that again, please. Like, that's mommy's really expensive purse. Okay?'"

Any Cardi fan knows that the American rapper loves her bags. Last year in October, Cardi B posted a few Instagram stories and photos to show her followers her huge Hermés Birkin collection.

The WAP singer bought three new bags for fall and captioned her three new Crocodile Birkins as:

"My new three... Had to get right for the fall."

While the singer herself did not reveal the total amount her luxury bags would fetch, Page Six talked to the VP of Procurement and Authentication at FASHIONPHILE, Lara Osborn.

According to Osborn:

"This collection may be best described as priceless, but to put a price tag on the resale value, this collection would fetch well over $2m... The heavy emphasis on exotic skins, coveted sizes, colors and silhouettes makes Cardi’s closet everyone’s ‘handbag goals’!"

Cardi shared a few more photos of her bags with her followers, which included a shelf filled with various shades of Birkin bags. A Birkin Cargo bag was also spotted, which might have cost around $240,000. After all this, Cardi tells her followers that she is "running out of space".

Back to the interview, Rhodes asked Cardi if she was going to give Kulture the bag. The Bodak Yellow singer responded:

"Sometimes I be like, 'Yeah, I want to pass this down to my daughters' but I might just wear it when I'm an old b**ch".
