Cardi B’s latest announcement has caused excitement among her fans. The WAP hitmaker took to her social media accounts to announce a huge collaboration with Revolve Group, a brand known for its online fashion retail platform that caters to Millennials and Generation Z consumers.
Cardi B broke the news via her official Instagram account in a post which she captioned:
“Coming from a Caribbean family the goal is always to OWN! Our belief in leaving this earth and leaving our children is leaving them with something! What our parents and grandparents work so hard for was real ownership! I've been very successful in my career and forever grateful for my success! But in my mind I know that when I leave this earth I would like to leave my kids more than property and a music catalog. I want to leave them wit something they can carry for generations to come, something that their mother built from the ground up.”
It continued:
“I'm excited to announce my business ventures! I wanted to get into something I'm very passionate about and most importantly, something I know so much about. It has taken me years to perfect and tailor make it and here we are! To my partners, to my team thank you for believing in my vision! Thank you for believing in me! I remember a time I used to be focused on making everyone else proud and meeting everyone else's expectations but in this new season the only person I'm focused on out doing and making proud is myself! P.S my dress is from my line! Coming soon!”
More details on Cardi B and Revolve Group's joint fashion and beauty venture
On April 1, 2025, in the WWD fashion feature publication by Emily Mercer, Cardi B participated in an exclusive interview. She talked about her upcoming fashion and beauty brand in a venture with Revolve Group. The 32-year-old star rapper graced the cover of the feature wearing a tailored white blazer dress from her soon-to-be-unveiled collection.
Cardi B reveals that several people have been anticipating her beauty and fashion line, and she would like to ‘come in strong.’
“People have been expecting both from me. My beauty line, people have been expecting that, like an album,” she told WWD.
“When something is so expected, people want it to be the best, or, they want it to be the worst so they can be like, ‘Haha you don’t know about sh*t b*tch!’ People expect the best from both fields. We have to come in strong,” she added.
Cardi B has been the face of several beauty and fashion campaigns for brands like Fashion Nova, SKIMS, Reebok, Balenciaga, and Marc Jacobs. This time, the Money crooner wants to do something that is all her.
“I personally believe that I put a lot of people on a lot of trends. It’s not even about getting paid, but it’s not appreciated. I gotta do this for me because I don’t get thank yous. If I don’t have a good year, I don’t get, ‘How have you been?’ Nobody does that. It’s time for me to do sh*t for my self, not for everybody else.”
Cardi B discusses her focus on sizing and ensuring that her products are long-lasting. She states that she wants people to be able to wear her products over and over again without them succumbing to wear and tear.

“I could shop every single day, but there’s always that one pair of jeans that I love. There’s that tank top that I love, and I don’t care how many stains are on it, I’m gonna wear it, because I just love it,” Cardi B said.
“I want my brand to have that one piece that you buy, that you love, that it makes sense. If it’s a size small, it should be a true size small; if it’s a size large, it should be a true size large.”
She continues:
“That is very important to me, because I don’t think about me, now, I think about me when I was 20 years old. I’m walking in Fordham [Plaza]; it’s six o’clock and I have a date at nine. ‘What is gonna fit me?’ I want something that fits me; it’s great, and it’s good quality. I could wash it and wash it and wash it, and it doesn’t get washed out.”
Cardi B isn't concerned about if her first launch will lead to a sell-out, believing that it would. What the Bodak Yellow rapper us concerned about is if people will return.
“We have a couple of samples, but when we get the whole product range, that’s when we’re going to start learning our lessons. I’m the type of person that if I don’t like something, I get really angry. Here’s the thing, when I drop, everything is going to sell out the first week or day, but that’s not the good part. The good part is when people come back. I want people to come back.”
