The 36th GLAAD Media Awards were held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, California. The Awards show, presented by the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation in 1990, recognizes the achievements of the LGBTQ community in Film, television, Media, and the Arts.

The Award show was hosted by popular actor Michael Uri, known for his role in the comedy-drama Betty. The GLAAD Awards 2025 drew a star-studded crowd that was glammed up and looking their best in designer outfits. Celebrated individuals in attendance to promote the LGBTQ community include JoJo Siwa, who walked the red carpet wearing a bedazzling outfit that featured supportive quotes:

"Trans rights are human rights."

1) Doechii

Doechii walked the award red carpet of the GLAAD Media Awards wearing an eye-catching Maison Margiela outfit from the brand's Spring Summer 2024 Ready to Wear collection. The Denial is a River crooner's outfit featured a laminated nude gold plastic corset top with peplum and asymmetrical shoulders. The top was paired with a deconstructed black skirt that featured contrasting white haphazard stitching.

Beauty-wise, Doechii wore nude makeup featuring dark lips, eyes, and a faint red blusher. The singer carried black braids that had some at the front to frame her face. For accessories, Doechii added a little quirk to her outfit by substituting a necklace for a tape ruler. She wore a slew of rings and a pincushion on her wrist. Finishing up the look were a pair of white Oxford Tabi Heels and a frameless rectangular pair of glasses. Sam Woolf styled Doechii for the award.


2) Cynthia Erivo

Apart from receiving the special Stephen F. Kolzak Award for supporting the LGBTQ+ community and increasing awareness of the issues impacting those within the community, Cynthia Erivo was also dressed to the nines for the GLAAD Media Awards. The Wicked actress wore a black one-strap button-down Dior gown featuring folded detailing at the left neckline. The dress was cinched at the waist with the help of a black belt. Erivo paired the look with a shiny pair of Louboutin heels.

Beauty-wise, Cynthia favored a nude makeover and accessorized with jewelry from Tiffany & Co. Finishing the look was a multicolored bag embellished with glitter by Dior.


3) Sophia Bush

Sophia Bush stunned the audience as she walked the red carpet in a bright red dress from Jean Pierre Khoury's 2025 Track04: Ardor collection. The dress featured a sparkly strapless bodice with an asymmetrical neckline and a smooth maxi skirt.

Beauty-wise, Sophia wore a nude makeover featuring barely there blush and pink-colored lips. Bush let her hair down in a center part and finished the look with a pair of red heels.

4) MJ Rodriguez

MJ turned heads on the red carpet of the GLAAD Media Awards in a blue outfit. The Ashi Studio Spring Summer 2025 couture dress featured a structured strapless bodice with an asymmetrical hem and a flowing maxi skirt. Paired with the gown was a neck scarf in the same material as the dress and a pair of see-through elbow gloves.

Beauty-wise, MJ favored a subtle makeover featuring shimmering eye shadow, black-lined eyes, glossy lips, and pink blusher. To complete the look, MJ Rodriguez wore a slew of rings and drop earrings.


5) Victoria Justice

Victoria Justice was among the celebrities that stunned on the red carpet of the GLAAD Media Awards. The Victorious star wore a 3D textured gown from Rachel Gilbert. The gown featured thin straps, a figure-hugging silhouette, and multicolored flower patterns.

Beauty-wise, Victoria wore nude makeup that featured black-lined eyes and glossy lips. The star let her hair down in a center part and finished the look in sandaled heels that matched the dress.
