My Fault: London shows 18-year-old Noah moving from Florida to London, but she doesn't seem fully happy with this relocation plan. On the surface, it feels like a great decision for her and her mother, who get a chance to lead a lavish life. However, it doesn't cheer up Noah as one would expect. There is a darker reason behind her sadness. Before we dive into the specifics of her past, let's briefly understand the history of the film itself.

The new film offers a British remake of Culpa mía, a 2023 Spanish film, which itself is based on a same-name novel by Mercedes Ron. The 2023 film was one of the most successful projects for Prime Video. So, it's not surprising that the streamer green-lit a spin-off in a different setting. The recent adaptation offers a deep dive into the central character's past. It offers a closer look into Noah's history, which impacts her present life in more ways than one would imagine.

Noah moves to London because her mother wants to move in with her new romantic partner. She hopes this relocation will help Noah relieve her stress about her felon father.

My Fault: London follows Noah (Asha Banks), an American teenager who moves to London with her mother, Ella (Eve Macklin). Noah isn't as pleased by this plan as Ella is. There is a reason behind Noah's discontent as well as behind Ella's decision to relocate. Ella had fallen in love with William (Ray Fearon). So, she hoped to move in with this British man, who lived in London. That is the primary purpose behind her decision. However, she also has an ulterior motive.

Noah had a bittersweet relationship with her father, Travis (Jason Flemyng). They bonded over driving lessons when he taught her important racing skills. However, he succumbed to drugs and became a horrible person. He assaulted Noah and locked her in a room. Eventually, Noah testified against him and put him behind bars. However, she couldn't let go of her fear about him. So, Ella hopes their move can put Noah's stress at rest. Ella hoped it would bring Noah farther from her abusive father and help her relieve her past trauma.

She realizes the truth about his troubling past and confides in him about her emotional issues.

Noah's move to London was meant to keep her distant from her father. However, he returns to her life after breaking out of prison and getting a fake passport to travel to England. Toward the end of My Fault: London, he kidnaps Noah. So, Nick rushes to save her. Somehow, it leads to an unfortunate accident that puts Nick's life at risk. Luckily, he survives the car crash.
