Ayesha Curry recently emphasized the importance of her relationship with her husband, Stephen Curry, stating that it "always comes first" before their roles as parents.

In a recent interview with People Magazine at the Sweet July Skin pop-up event in San Francisco, Curry explained that prioritizing their relationship helps create a happy environment for their children. The event was reportedly held between February 15 and February 16.

"I think for us, our relationship always comes first. Then we're parents. And that works for us because then you have two happy people raising the kids in the house. So the family sector in our lives always comes first."

Stephen and Ayesha Curry are parents to four children: Riley, 12, Ryan, 9, Canon, 6, and son Caius, whom they welcomed in May 2024, according to a report in People magazine.

The Sweet July Skin founder spoke about her youngest son and the age gap he shares with his elder brother. She said that their bonding is “magical” and that

“he [Canon] truly feels like a big brother. He only wants to protect him. There's no jealousy. I love it.”

Following her recent interview, fans of Ayesha Curry and Stephen Curry are intrigued to know more about their children and how they balance their careers with parenting.

On July 2, 2018, the couple welcomed their third child and first son, Canon W. Jack Curry. Sharing in an interview the meaning behind his name, Ayesha told People magazine,

“France is one of our favorite places to vacation, and so his name's actually French and it means young wolf, which Stephen loved because we kind of consider ourselves a wolf pack.”

"It's just surrounding ourselves with people that are smarter than us and know what they're doing and can make the things run. And they allow us the space to be creative and they allow us the space to truly show up however we choose to. And I think that's what's really worked for us."

Recently, Ayesha Curry and Stephen Curry used their platform at the NBA's All-Star weekend to emphasize their passions, including basketball, fashion, food, friends, and philanthropy, indicated a report in AP.

As unofficial hosts of the event in the Bay Area, they kicked off the weekend with a day of service at an elementary school in Oakland, where their Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation was founded by them in 2019.
