Virgos are very practical, analytical, and detail-oriented, as can be said of Boromir. He is duty- and responsibility-driven toward his people, but the internal conflict complicates his character. Virgos are perfectionists; so is Boromir, sometimes clouded by judgment for the protection of Gondor. His rationality and determination are a reflection of the Virgo nature. However, like the Virgo archetype, Boromir's journey reflects a struggle for balance between practical goals and emotional vulnerability that ultimately leads to his tragic redemption.
