The upcoming survival action film The Gorge, starring Anya Taylor-Joy, Miles Teller, and Sigourney Weaver, has been filmed across various locations in Europe. Directed by Scott Derrickson, noted for his work in films including The Exorcism of Emily Rose (2005), The Black Phone (2021), and Doctor Strange (2016), this time comes with The Gorge.

Set in a distant land, The Gorge follows the plot of two proficient shooters - Drasa and Levi, who have been assigned a confidential, bizarre mission to safeguard the world from an evil entity hiding beneath a gorge. Hence, the duo protects the opposite edges of a gorge that prevents evil from taking over the world.

One of the primary filming locations of The Gorge has been at Rauma in Norway. This beautiful region is an apt choice for the natural, earthy, yet mysterious quality that adds to the storytelling. The filming of The Gorge has taken place in multiple geographical topographies, with mountains being one of the primary landforms. Different aerial views of mountains have been noticed in its visuals, be it snow-laden terrains or lush, green peaks with water bodies.

2) Llandudno at Conwy, Wales, UK

With Rauma in Norway, The Gorge was also filmed in Llandudno, Conwy, Wales, UK. The location gives us a sense of the adventurous thrill this film can take us to, and a region encompassing both the land and water bodies is certainly an interesting choice.
