When We Were Young Festival 2025 is scheduled for October 18, 2025, at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. It will be the festival's fifth edition, first held in 2017 and then in 2022, 2023, and 2024, respectively.
The presale for the festival starts on November 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Registration for the presale is ongoing and can be accessed with either an email address or US telecom carrier mobile numbers. General onsale will follow after the presale.
Tickets are priced according to categories. General tickets start at $325, GA+ tickets start at $550, and VIP tickets start at $650. Hotel and ticket packages for $577. There will also be VIP Cabanas.

When We Were Young Festival 2025 has a strict bag and allowed items policy, which is given below:
- Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6" x 9" or smaller do not need to be clear but can have no more than one pocket.
- All other bags larger than 6" x 9" must be smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" and clear.
- Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.

There are more guidelines for bringing medication:
- Prescriptions are in their original container, sealed/unopened.
- Only one type of medication is present, and the bottle contains only the appropriate amount of medication necessary while in attendance.
- Prescriptions are not expired.
- The patron’s name is on the prescription bottle and is verified with an ID
- Medications that require refrigeration can be brought to the medical tent for storage after adhering to the verification
