Red Rabbit are words that provide a hint and a key for the events of Blink Twice. A character named Badass Maid (María Elena Olivares) keeps on repeating these words in the film. As the film is coming to an end, we see Frida (played by Naomi Ackie) consuming the snake poison that triggers her darkest memories of abuse. In her thoughts, Naomi sees a Polaroid picture where red rabbits are painted on her toenails. This eventually reveals why that lady gave her the poison.
Through the red rabbit metaphor, the film touches upon the abuse the protagonist and the other lady have gone through at the hands of a rich man. Apart from being a narrative tool in Blink Twice, the Red Rabbit also works as a symbol possibly of vulnerability.
Meanwhile, the red color on the animal might hint at danger and some kind of courage. Overall, Red Rabbit is about the protagonist facing danger and becoming vulnerable because of the powerful men. Luckily, she manages to trick others into drinking the snake poison. This would lead them to realize their part and know that they have also gone through abuse.

Naomi Ackle added,
"It’s easy to see the parallels between Slater and real men who’ve abused their power, issued an “apology,” disappeared for a while, and then quietly re-entered society like nothing happened. What does it mean if he said he “did the work”? Has he really earned our forgiveness or has just enough time passed that we’ve forgotten what he did?"
