Arthur is the center of Joker: Folie à Deux's conflict between Joker's personality and his previous version. Accompanied by Harley, they go through vulnerable and loving moments. However, it can't be called a typical relationship scenario and is full of manipulation and violence instead.
Meanwhile, Gotham City's fate hangs in the balance. Like its prequel, the movie attempts to hone the darker views of love, identity, and mental illness through musical storytelling.
