9) Clubber Lang

The next in this list of villains is another one from the Rocky movies, specifically Rocky III, in which James ‘Clubber’ Lang was introduced. Initially taken as one of the easiest contenders by Rocky, he becomes one of the few people who could knock out Rocky Balboa.

While Rocky slacked back on his training a bit before his fight with Lang, Lang was preparing hard, which was visible in their match as Lang defeated Rocky in two rounds, snatching the title from him.

Ivan Drago is one of Rocky’s formidable rivals and one of the main villains in Rocky IV. He is known for his brutality during the matches and is also known to be the reason behind Apollo Creed’s death.

To fight the Russian boxer, Creed comes out of his retirement in Rocky IV and is involved in a brutal fight in the ring where Drago, without any breaks, continues to blow on Creed, which weakens him in the first half of the match. In the latter half, he strikes Creed with a powerful punch that knocks the former boxing champion and kills him at the end of the fight.

Played by Chuck Norris, Colt was a martial artist hired by Ho in The Way of the Dragon. Colt was one of the formidable rivals of Bruce Lee’s Tang Lung.

At the end of the movie, Tang and Colt were involved in a fight that took place in the Colosseum. Their non-stop hand-to-hand combat is one of the iconic fights in which Tang was only able to defeat in the last 10 minutes of the fight when he disables Colt and kills him after Colt refuses to show mercy on him.


6) Jean Vilain

Jean Vilain is one of the main villains in Sylvester Stallone’s Expendables 2. This formidable villain was the leader of the Sangs, a terrorist group.

He is one of the most iconic villains from the Expandables and the only one who kills one of the Expandables by killing Billy. His hand-to-hand combat fight with Ross is an epic one, where in most of the fight, he has the upperhand in the fight with Ross but ultimately loses to him at the last moment.

Marvel character, Juggernaut, is known for his exceptional superhuman strength and is not easily harmed in physical fights.

As seen in Deadpool 2, Juggernaut defeats most of his team, including literally tearing Deadpool apart. Although he has a strength just like a mutant, Juggernaut is a human with super strength, which he gets from a gem that he possesses.

In the HBO fantasy show, Game of Thrones, the character of Gregor Clegane, who is also known as The Mountain, is often considered one of the scariest characters of the show. Clegane is known for his brutal nature and impulsive temper, which he is unable to control.

In the series, it is said that he burned half of his younger brother, Sandor Clegane’s face by pushing his face into the fire. Later, even after being severely injured, he kills Oberyn Martell by gouging out his eyes and crushing his skull.


3) Bane

One of the intimidating villains from the DC comics is Bane, the enduring adversary of Batman. With his enormous physique, Bane is reportedly one of the only villains in DC that could successfully challenge Batman, both physically and mentally.

As per the comics, he also breaks Batman’s back during a combat between the two, making him one of those super villains who can bring chaos even with their bare hands.


2) Akaza

One of the upper moon demons, Akaza, holds the position of upper rank three in the series, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Akaza has been a demon for nearly 200 years, most of which he has spent training for martial arts, making him one of the most dangerous demons among the 12 Kizuki.

This training helps him in his fight with flame hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku, where he doesn’t use his demon strength much and relies on his martial arts and heniously ends flame hashira’s life.

Wilson Fisk, also known as Kingpin, is one of the most fearsome and dangerous crime lords. Known for his colossal figure and expertise in hand-to-hand combat, Fisk is feared by many.

For instance, his fight with the Punisher in the prison depicts his strength when he brutally punches, picks, and thrashes Frank Castle’s body, which is sure to send goosebumps down one’s body.
