The plot of Time Cut
A race against time, this film is an interesting mix of family and tragedy. It is about Madison Bailey’s Lucy Field, who is a teenage girl who happens to come across a time machine.
She, however, does not do the usual that you’d expect from someone who chances upon a time machine. She ends up using it for a deadly mission.
What she intends to do with the time machine is to travel back to the early 2000s. She wants to undo her older sister, Summer (Antonia Gentry)’s death by preventing her murder. Lucy is haunted by her sister’s death and wants to stop the mysterious killer anyhow. She wants to rewrite her life by altering this tragedy.
However, little does she know that time travel is not as easy. She has to survive a dangerous time, the early 2000s. The killer is very much alive in this time period and she must find clues to solve the mystery of sister’s death.
The film explores if she can really change the past, rewrite her life, or if she finds herself in the middle of an even deadlier mess.
