The Witcher: Sirens Of The Deep is Netflix’s latest Witcher project. The animated fantasy film is directed by Kang Hei Chul and based on Rae Benjamin and Mike Ostrowski’s script. According to reports, the film drops on February 11, 2025.

Sirens Of The Deep follows Geralt, a hunter of monsters, who discovers something new about his world that takes him on a journey to resolve an escalating, heated situation.

The new Witcher project titled Sirens Of The Deep is scheduled to be released on Netflix, on February 11, 2025, which means Witcher fans can watch the new chapter from the comfort of their home.

In 2021, Netflix announced that their plan to extend Witcherverse included an anime film based on Andrzej Sapkowski’s iconic books. After The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf and a series of developments from the writing and execution perspective, Sirens Of The Deep was announced as their new anime project.

The new animated Witcher movie is based on the short story, A Little Sacrifice, from Andrzej Sapkowski's Sword of Destiny. It shows Geralt of Rivia battling an age-old conflict that keeps the merpeople and a coastal village's inhabitants at odds with each other. The setting of the story is reportedly somewhere around the initial episodes of Witcher Season 1. While not much has been revealed yet, Essi Daven's presence in the character list leads one to believe that it will include her one-sided love story with Geralt.

The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep has an interesting cast that brings fresh voices on board and pairs them with well-known performers. Doug Cockle will voice the character of Geralt of Rivira again after his performance in the 2015 video game, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Anya Chalotra, who starred in Netflix's live-action adaptation of The Witcher, will reprise her role as Yennefer. Joey Batey will voice Jaskier after performing the character in the live-action The Witcher: Blood Origin. Christina Wren voices Essi Daven.
