The film's cast will also feature Samantha Scaffidi as Victoria Heyes, also known as Vicky, Daniel Roebuck as Santa Claus, Chris Jericho as Burke, and Jason Patric as Michael Shaw.

Terrifier 3 has no age rating as the Motion Picture Association has not given the film a PG, G, PG-13, NC-17, or R rating. Ratings are meant to classify films by considering language, violence, and nudity.

It is important to note that obtaining a rating is a voluntary process. Due to the intense depictions of violence in the Terrifier films, they are often released as unrated as getting an R rating becomes a difficult proposition.

The audience should remember that as the film is unrated, theaters showing the film can decide the age rating. This means that theatres showing the film are likely to ask viewers to carry IDs and those under 17 might not be allowed to watch without an accompanying adult.

The theaters likely to enforce this rule are Regal, AMC, and Cinemark. The UK has enforced the 17+ rule and France has restricted audiences under 18 to watch the film.
