New Yorkers recently reported an eerie sight that left them both intrigued and unnerved—people with disturbingly wide, unblinking smiles walking around the city.

This marketing campaign got the attention of people on the social media platform X. The official plot of the movie reads as follows:

Bizarre Smile 2 promotions

The 2022 horror film Smile garnered attention for its chilling premise, in which characters were haunted by sinister, smiling figures before meeting tragic fates.

With the release of Smile 2 on the corner fans are excites and, the film's promotional team is pulling out all the stops to further build up their excitement level.

In a recent viral marketing stunt, which garnered a lot of attention of social media platforms like X, formerly Twitter, several people with unnervingly wide smiles were seen standing around in iconic spots in New York, grinning eerily at passersby.

These people were casually dressed, with lifeless expressions except for their unsettling smiles, these actors perfectly captured the terror of the franchise, leaving commuters and tourists equally spooked.


Smile 2's Haunting Premise

Directed by Parker Finn, Smile 2 is expected to delve deeper into the lore of the smile-induced terror introduced in the first movie. The film explores how the malevolent force behind the smiles continues to spread, preying on unsuspecting victims.
