Lil Bibby recently took to Instagram to seemingly troll Dave Blunts after Blunts performed at the 4th Juice WRLD annual day at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, on November 30, 2024. Dave Blunts was seen trailing an oxygen mask attached to a pipe that went around his neck and to his nose.

Bibby posted a picture of the Dave Blunts surrounded by other people, with the caption "Put the cup down!!" on December 1, 2024:

Dave Blunts performed at the event while being weighed at 500lbs. The singer stated during the performance that he was doing this for the festival. He also hit out at the rapper Snoop Dogg:

"I do this for Juice. I do this for me. We keep going no matter what... Get the f*ck off my d*ck, Snoop Dogg."

Lil Bibby knew Juice WRLD personally

Juice WRLD Day celebrates the late singer Juice WRLD, who died on December 8, 2019. The singer died of a drug overdose after law enforcement on the scene failed to revive him with two doses of naloxone.

Lil Bibby moved around in the same circle as Juice WRLD, and in an exclusive interview with XXL Magazine back in 2019, the singer talked about their connection briefly, stating that he was trying to get Juice to the next level:

"It just worked out that way. I don’t care where they are from. Me and Juice connected a little bit more because I understood his story and where he’s trying to go with the music. He’s from [my] hometown and knows how things work around here.I’m trying to get Juice to the next level. He’s big right now."

He later also talked about Juice WRLD's talent with freestyling:

"Huge album, huge song, but I want to make him a household name. I know the kids love him. We just did [a concert with] over 24,000 people in Connecticut. The whole tour sold out, but I want him to get bigger....I get tired of Juice freestyling."

The singer and music exec continued:

"He does that every day, I swear to God. Every day he’s on the bus freestyling. I be like, “I’m so tired of this s**t.” But I look at it, like, [there are] people that can’t do that s**t. I can’t do that shit. He knows how to freestyle all day and make sense. I have never seen anybody do nothing like that. That’s a freak-of-nature talent."
