Picture This cast and character guide: Who plays whom in the Prime Video rom-com?

Picture This is simply an Amazon Prime film inspired by another Amazon Prime film dubbed Five Blind Dates (2024). Like in the latter, you guessed it, the lead goes on to five blind dates. The logic is simple: she is said to find her soulmate on one of these dates.

Interestingly, both the films met with mild critical reception, with the 2025 movie having a 52% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes at the time of writing. Nikita Lalwani has given the screenplay based on Five Blind Dates, whose screenplay was given by Nathan Ramos-Park and Shuang Hu.

We have Simone Ashley, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Anoushka Chadha, and more in the lead roles, but there are actors playing fun characters hiding in there. Though we can call it an average film based on critics, it climbed the streaming charts to become the top movie on Amazon Prime in the US and other countries and is maintaining the position according to FlixPatrol at the time of writing.

Simone Ashley as Pia

Simone Ashley is portraying the film's lead, Pia, who runs a photo studio and is currently attending her sister's wedding. Like Five Blind Date's Lia, Pia will go through blind dates in the movie as she is likely to find her soulmate.

Other than Picture This, Ashley is seen in the Netflix series' Bridgerton and Sex Education. She has also appeared in films like Kill Ben Lyk (2018), Detective Pikachu (2019), The Little Mermaid (2023), and more.

Luke Fetherston As Jay

That guy looks like Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars, but he has nothing to do with the Force; that would be Hayden Christensen. This is Luke Fetherson, who plays Pia's best friend Jay in Picture This, who is also her business partner in her photography business.

Fetherston began as a model and actor in theaters. His early credits in films include Billy Elliot and Jesus Christ Superstar in 2000. He then appeared in major roles in Big Mood (2024) as Ryan and The Wheel of Time (2025) as Gawyn Trakand.

Hero Fiennes Tiffin As Charlie

Ralph Fiennes' son, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, is Pia's former flame in the film called Charlie. It seems like that former flame didn't really put out entirely, as we see love sparks between them.

The actor was recently seen alongside Henry Cavill in The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare (2024) as Henry Hayes. He also played a young Tom Marvolo Riddle, aka Lord Voldemort, in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009).

Anoushka Chadha as Sonal

While Picture This is more about Pia, we have Anoushka Chadha as Sonal, Pia's sister, the bride. It is she who comes up with a plan that each family member should set Pia up on a blind date.

Anoushka has previously appeared in Unforgotten (2015), The Lazarus Project (2022), You (2023), and more, but this is the biggest role of her career to date.
