Patti Smith 2025 tour: Presale, dates, venues, & all you need to know

The Patti Smith 2025 tour is set to be held from October 6, 2025, to November 29, 2025, in venues across Ireland, The UK, continental Europe, and the US, respectively. The tour is in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the singer's seminal album Horses.

Presale for the Ireland show is currently ongoing, with the presale for the US shows set to start on February 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time. A general on-sale will follow on February 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time for all shows. All sales are being hosted on Ticketmaster.

Patti Smith released her album Horses on November 10, 1975. It was the singer's debut studio album and was released via Arista Records. Produced by John Cale, the album consisted of 8 tracks on the original issue, with several more tracks added in bonus track reissues.

The album has been recognized as one of the first punk rock albums, with its mix of free jazz and three chord progression style influencing artists such as Siouxsie Sioux, Peter Buck, Courtney Love, Johnny Marr, as well as KT Tunstall and PJ Harvey, among others.

The album has also been recognized by major institutions, with a copy of the album being present in the Library of Congress's National Recording Registry and being listed in Rolling Stone's 'The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time'.
