Merritt McKinney (Woody Harrelson), Jack Wilder (Dave Franco), and J. Daniel "Danny" Atlas (Jesse Eisenberg), all will be there in Now You See Me: Now You Don't, or simply, Now You See Me 3. Isla Fisher's Henley Reeves, who was introduced with a fishy magic trick where fishes ate her, is returning to the group.

We have had this knowledge that the third film in the franchise is there somewhere, we just didn't see it until very recently at CinemaCon where we got the official title. Sure there is a lot of catching up to do, but we will keep it up to the Four Horsemen, and well, Dylan Rhodes (Mark Ruffalo) and Thaddeus Bradley (Morgan Freeman) too.

As for the release, it was revealed last year that Now You See Me 3 will hit the big screen in November 2025. And this won't be the end of this magical ride we have been riding since 2013, there is a fourth film in the series too.

Now You See Me 3 release date and cast details

The third film is scheduled for a release on November 14, 2025, where it will clash with a few potential heavy hitters like Wicked: For Good, Predator: Badlands, and Zootopia 2.

We are getting the main original cast back from the first film of Now You See Me 3, including Morgan Freeman, Mark Ruffalo, Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, and Isla Fisher. There are reportedly eight magicians this time so there's more to the Four Horsemen.

The additional cast members in Now You See Me 3 include Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl), who is likely playing an antagonist as she will be leading a crime syndicate in it. Dominic Sessa, Justice Smith, and Ariana Greenblatt are joining as the franchise newcomers too.

A recap before we get on with Now You See Me 3

The first film brought The Four Horsemen together and remains the best film of the two. They are chased by FBI agent Dylan Rhodes after the contents of a bank vault magically disappear during their show in Las Vegas. The show is funded by an insurance magnate, Arthur Tresslar (Michael Caine), who is revealed to have done some wrong to his clients.

While all of this is happening, we see Thaddeus Bradley trying to uncover the deceits these magicians create in their show. Even though one cannot simply hate any Morgan Freeman character, this one sure brought the fans closer to doing that, though his Mr. Sloan in Wanted (2008) did that just fine.

The second film's narrative focuses more on Dylan, who is revealed to be the orchestrator of the events in the first film. Isla Fisher wasn't in the film due to her pregnancy and Lizzy Caplan (Cloverfield) was brought in as the Fourth Horseman. Interestingly, we had Daniel Radcliffe in the film as a villain in this one. Like the first film, Now You See Me 2 too has a big surprise (but that failed to overshadow the cardistry and sleight of hand at the Macau Science Center).
