Remy Ma was recently in attendance at the Chrome 23 battle between Eazy The Block Captain and Shotgun Suge. During the performance, the rapper called out to Remy, stating that he was going to clear up something once and for all:

"I’m only gon address this sh*t one time/ Since y’all wanna be on the frontlines/ Hey yo, Remy, don’t you love me?,” Remy replied: Yes"

Remy Ma founded the Chrome 23 Battle League back in 2022. The event was originally created as a mostly all-female event that aimed to give women more opportunities in the creative space.

The singer talked about the intention behind the competition league in an exclusive interview with OTFMZ on December 18, 2021. The singer and founder stated in the interview:

"I want all the women that have ever put their blood sweat and tears into this, that’s been doing this for years to get a chance to make some decent money. Anyone that has anything negative to say or that feels like I’m trying to take somebody’s place or feels like I’m trying to step on somebody’s toes, y’all are more than welcome to donate to the cause."

The singer continued:

"It’s costing me hundreds of thousands of dollars to do it out of my pocket and out of the favours that I’m calling in, so you’re welcome to come in and assist. I’m not doing this because of me, I’m not trying to be cocky or nothing."

The singer continued:

"I’m rich, I really am. Every dude that I’ve spoken to has been one hundred and fifty percent. It’s a female league but, ya know…the guys could come over. We’ll let them come over sometimes."
