Zendaya's attire and her background suggest that these photos belong to The Odyssey's production, which was set in Greece. These photos come almost two weeks after the on-set photos of Tom Holland and Jon Bernthal, where the latter was sporting a bald look.

Shortly after, Greek media revealed who plays whom in Christopher Nolan's epic film based on Homer's eponymous poem. They reiterated Matt Damon's casting as Odysseus, as previously reported by Universal Pictures. In addition to Damon's role, they informed us that Tom Holland will play Odysseus's son, Telemachus, while Zendaya will play his protector and mentor, Athena.

It also offered a glimpse into other roles, with Lupita Nyong'o being cast as Clytemnestra, Anne Hathaway as Penelope, Charlize Theron as Circe, and Benny Safdie as Agamemnon. However, please note that Universal Pictures, which is backing this project, has not officially confirmed these details yet.

The rest of the cast includes Robert Pattinson, Himesh Patel, Elliott Page, Mia Goth, Will Yun Lee, Samantha Morton, Cosmo Jarvis, Bill Irwin, Jesse Garcia, and Corey Hawkins.

The latest on-set images of The Odyssey show Zendaya covered in off-white attire. There are also a few photos that show her on a set near writer-director Christopher Nolan and cinematographer Hoyte van Hoytema. The images appeared online a few hours after it was announced that the Euphoria-fame actress would star in a Ronnie Spector biopic directed by Moonlight director Barry Jenkins with A24.

Some sources suggest that it is set to be the most expensive film from Christopher Nolan's career, with a production budget of almost $250 million. In addition to writing and directing, Nolan is also co-producing this project with his partner, Emma Thomas.
