Soulja Boy reacted to DDG buying a Ferrari for his son Halo on his 1st birthday, saying, ⁠“Your first time having kids, you just want to spoil them.” In the 2-minute clip released by TMZ on their YouTube channel, where he was asked about DDG gifting his 1-year-old son a Ferrari.

The rapper responded that he understood why he got it and also joked that the Ferrari was a little too much for a 1-year-old.

Soulja Boy joked about DDG's gift-giving

In the video, rapper Soulja Boy explains why he understands DDG went overboard with gifting a Ferrari to his son, Halo.

He said:

"you know when you got kids and it's your first time having kids you just want to spoil them and show them the world."

He talks about the joy of being a parent for the first time, where one would do anything to make their child happy. They would go to lengths by spoiling them and showing them the world, even if it meant buying the 1-year-old a real Ferrari.

While talking about parenting and gifts, he also joked that maybe a Ferrari for a one-year-old might have been too much.

According to Soulja Boy, a mini Ferrari would have been better for the one-year-old.
