Social media influencer and streamer Amouranth, real name Kaitlyn Siragusa, has come to the forefront of controversy following some allegations she made involving Ye, a.k.a. Kanye West. The Twitch streamer took to X to post screenshots of the rapper sliding into her IG DMs, inviting her to "hang out" and listen to some of his unreleased music.

Since then, scores online have pointed out that the screenshots are dubious, and cannot be trusted as the truth. One user took to X to debunk the same by posting a screenshot of the fake account that reportedly texted the streamer under the guise of Ye. However, Amouranth shot back. She re-tweeted with screenshots of a user named Keith asking her to follow the account. The caption read:

"Tell Keith nice try I thought the request was off, but I was trying to be nice It figures, he deleted or changed the Ig name already."

Regardless, the internet remained divided between those who questioned the rapper and those who defended him. One user tweeted, referring to Amouranth,

"Ye warned us about these clout demons."

Others online began echoing the sentiments, positing that this could all be a ploy for attention.

"Woman lies for clout. Tale as old as time, song as old as rhyme," another tweeted.
"Knowing her she probably thought she was actually talking to Kanye West," another joked.
"That's just sad. Imagine needing attention that bad," someone stated.
"anything to stay relevant nowadays," yet another claimed.

Others began questioning her, joking that it was unlikely that Ye even knew of her.

"Everybody lies on Kanye’s name for clout i swear," one user chimed in.
"people really be doing anything for some clicks lmao," yet another penned.
"Color me shocked," one user replied, sarcastically.

The rest of the comments section was a mixture of memes, witty remarks, and digs at the streamer.

Amouranth says she "confirms" Ye's philandering

On October 8, a user posted a snippet from the PillowTalk podcast, where the host, Ryan Pownall, alleged that Ye had a thing for all the girls who showed up on his show.

Notably, just two months later, Amouranth made an appearance on the same on August 13, fueling speculations. In the video, Pownall can be heard saying he never signed an NDA, so he could say what he wanted.

She retweeted the clip with a simple statement:

"I can confirm."

Ye has yet to comment on the debacle, but the rumors of infidelity come on the heels of the rapper's reportedly tumultuous marriage. Per TMZ, Ye and his wife, Bianca Censori, were heading towards a divorce, with the rapper flying solo to Asia and the architect heading back to Australia to recuperate and spend time with family and friends.

However, the outlet shut down all rumors by revealing that the two were on a shopping spree in Tokyo, Japan, on October 8.
