The Snow White star Rachel Zegler’s name has reportedly popped up on the list of invitees to Met Gala 2025, per Page Six. According to the gossip column, the 23-year-old actress has been named among the likes of Doechii, Shakira, Lizzo, and more, who have been invited to the prominent fashion fundraising event.
Page Six also reported that Rachel Zegler might skip this year’s haute couture fundraising gala due to scheduling conflicts. The event will happen on the first Monday of May, and the West Side Story actress will reportedly be busy then. Rachel Zegler’s representative told Page Six about the actress’ May plans,
“Rachel will be in rehearsals for ‘Evita’ in London in May.”
In March, Deadline reported that the Shazam! Fury of the Gods actress will make her “London theater debut” in the musical Evita. According to the outlet, she will portray Eva Perón in the musical that will play at the London Palladium. From June 14 to September 6, Evita will play at the London venue for 12 weeks throughout the summer. Rachel Zegler also told Deadline,
“Evita has been such an important musical to me since I was a little girl, when my dad and I would sing ‘Don’t Cry for Me Argentina’ together on my back patio.”
She added,
“The opportunity to bring Jamie Lloyd’s singular, visionary ideas to life onstage is an honour unlike any other. The stage has always felt like home to me, and I can’t wait to make my West End debut in such great company.”

Page Six noted that the Snow White actress might not attend this year’s fashion fundraising gala, but she isn’t the only notable name leaked by the gossip column. The guest list, approved by Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, contains A-listers like Doechii, Shakira, Lizzo, and more.
According to Page Six, the invitees for the gala happening in May also include the names of multiple athletes. Paige Bueckers, a college basketball player for the UConn Huskies, has also received an invite to the fundraising festival.
Per Vogue, LeBron James will serve as the honorary chair at the 2025 edition. At the same time, Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, and Pharrell Williams have been revealed to be the co-chairs for the Met Gala this year.
