Sean "Diddy" Combs who is being held on charges of racketeering, s*x trafficking, and transportation of prostitution will be spending his Thanksgiving in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center if his bail is not granted.

As per People, the Thanksgiving Day food menu for the prison starts at 6 a.m. and includes fruit, cereal, and breakfast pastries. Lunch starts at 11 a.m and will include turkey roast or hot and sour tofu along with Traditional Turkey Day dishes like mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, and dinner rolls along with assorted holiday pie.

After 4 p.m., the prison offers peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, potato chips, whole wheat bread, and fruit for dinner.

The singer has pleaded not guilty and is awaiting a decision on if he will be granted bail for $50 million this week. His trial is scheduled for May 5, 2025.

More about Diddy's arrest

Sean "Diddy" Combs has been denied bail three times since his arrest in September after multiple judges cited that the singer might interfere with witnesses upon granted bail.

The rapper pleaded not guilty on September 17. However, a defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo while responding to a 2016 hotel surveillance video that showed the rapper assaulting his former girlfriend Cassandra Venture reassured that there are "0 chances" of Diddy acting violently again.

On March 25, several bicoastal raids were conducted on his Los Angeles, and Miami homes. Later, on September 16, the indictment against the singer was revealed and he was charged on multiple charges, including s*x trafficking.

The singer is also facing four federal lawsuits, and a fifth was brought in late 2023 by his ex-girlfriend Cassandra "Cassie" Venture where she accuses him of r*pe, and physical abuse.

As per reports, prosecutors have accused Combs of using jailmates' phones to contact family members and potential witnesses during his confinement. As per the prosecutors, the rapper has urged them to craft "narratives" and influence testimony and Assistant U.S Attorney Christine Slavik noted that Combs "cannot be trusted" adding "Simply put, the defendant cannot and will not follow rules."

Slavik also went on to criticize Diddy's lawyers claiming that they "enabled his flouting of rules" and demonstrated an "inability to control their client."

As per prosecutors, Diddy's behavior while in confinement "strains credulity to believe that Combs will stop engaging in criminal conduct and abide by conditions of release."

Although the singer's team is presenting new evidence, the chances of Combs getting bail are slim.
