In July 2024, lawyers for Priscilla Presley filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The lawsuit alleged that individuals behind an LLC created in her name had "fraudulently" pressured her into giving them power of attorney, control over her family and personal trusts, and access to her bank accounts over two years.

She accused her former associates Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan, and Lynn Walker Wright of conspiring to exploit her by gaining her trust, isolating her from key people in her life, and convincing her that they would care for her personally and financially, while their true intention was to deplete her finances.

According to the latest updates, Priscilla Presley’s legal team responded to her former attorney, Lynn Walker Wright, who was trying to remove her as a defendant in the ongoing case.

On November 7, 2024, Presley’s attorneys, Martin D. Anger, T. Wayne Harman, and Max D. Fabricant, opposed Wright’s motion, filed on September 5, 2024, to quash the service of summons and dismiss the case due to lack of personal jurisdiction or forum non conveniens, which allows a case to be dismissed if there is another court better suited to handle it.

The team claimed that, although concealed at the time, she later discovered that Kruse and Fialko had orchestrated an extensive campaign to isolate her from her long-time advisors, ultimately causing her to distrust them.

As a result, they convinced her to replace her advisors with individuals of their choosing. Presley’s legal team argued that this strategy was crucial for Kruse and Fialko’s effort to control her finances for their benefit.

Priscilla Presley stopped business relations with Brigitte Kruse in August 2023

According to USA Today, Presley claimed that the managers of Priscilla Presley Partners, LLC, along with others, misappropriated more than $1 million of her funds. She requested the court to prevent the defendants from accessing her finances and demanded they provide complete documentation of payments while seeking $1 million in damages.

In response, Kruse and her legal team asserted that the lawsuit was a retaliatory measure following a suit filed by Presley's business partners the previous year. They expressed confidence that the facts would prove their case and justice would be served. The statement also expressed disappointment that their efforts to assist Presley had led to her attempting to tarnish the reputations of the people who had supported her.

Kruse’s attorneys further expressed gratitude to their supporters and emphasized that they would continue focusing on their business. They maintained that the truth would be revealed through evidence, not rumors, and declined to make further comments out of respect for the judicial process.

In her lawsuit, Priscilla Presley alleged that she ended her business relationship with Kruse in August 2023. Shortly after, in October 2023, Priscilla Presley Partners, LLC filed a lawsuit against her in Florida, seeking $50,000 in damages for breach of contract.

According to the July 18, 2024 filing, Kruse and Fialko stated that they had agreed to manage Presley’s personal and business affairs in 2022 despite the difficulties it posed for their businesses. They argued that they helped Presley avoid severe financial trouble by forming the company to exploit her name, image, and likeness commercially.
