Waka Flocka and DDG are reportedly beefing after Flocka criticized the latter's fashion choices. Flocka ignited the feud when he commented "wtf you doing lil bra" under DDG's post from Japan, where he's wearing oversized denim pants.
DDG did not hold back and in an April 17 livestream on Instagram responded to the comment saying,
"That boy Waka Flocka low key on d***, bro. That s** be p****** me off. I ain't even say nothing, but like, Waka Flocka?
DDG also detailed other negative comments by Flocka on Instagram, where he complained about men adopting feminine fashion choices. He referenced another comment Waka made about DDG getting in "female s***" and asked the rapper to stop speaking about him.
"N***** quit speaking on me. Why are you commenting on everything and involving me negative."
DDG also uploaded the clip from his livestream on his YouTube channel with the title, "Waka Flocka Got Beef With Me??"
Waka Flocka to headline UNA's Spring Concert
The "No Hands" and "Hard in Da Paint" rapper is all scheduled to headline the University of North Alabama's spring concert on April 24, as per an announcement from school officials in March.
The university took to their official website to alert schools of the concert, saying,
"The University Program Council is excited to host Waka Flocka Flame with support frm Big Yavo and Eli Hannon & Co on Thursday, April 24, 2025 in CB&S Bank Arena for Spring Concert 2025. Student Tickets are currently sold out. However, public tickets are still live for $35 on Glitnir."
The university had previously hosted Megan Moroney, Yung Gravy, T-Pain, Jon Bellion, Riley Green, Panic at the Disco, Ludacris, Phillip Phillips, J. Cole, among others.
School officials had also noted that student tickets are complimentary every year. However, students would have to reserve theirs. Flocka is also scheduled to perform at the Spring Jam 2025, as per an announcement by the Illini Union Board.
In his video, DDG can also be seen asking a passerby who they'd prefer, him or Flocka. When the person didn't respond, DDG went on to say,
"Quit speaking on me. That s*** lame. N**** respect you: I expect the same respect; I'm a grown-a** man. Don't try to little bro me."
However, Flocka reportedly has nothing to say in response to DDG's comments and posted a picture of himself with a confused face with the caption,
"Me...really me...Waka Flocka Flame...Ima ignore it (100 emoji)"
