Rapper Twin Hector filed a domestic violence lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna, alleging that she physically and verbally abused him several times during their three-year relationship which lasted till March 2023. The suit was filed in California Superior Court on September 23, 2024.

Hector claimed that Blac Chyna restrained his arms and struck him in the face with closed fists and elbows which resulted in severe injuries, including a left eye that was swollen shut.

Reportedly, Blac Chyna exhibited violent outbursts, particularly when she was drinking, and frequently threatened to kill Twin Hector throughout their relationship.

She would become physically violent and abusive for no apparent reason. The rapper claimed that Chyna even assaulted him while he was sleeping in September 2021, resulting in multiple injuries.

Their relationship began in August 2020 and soon after that they moved to Chyna’s Woodland Hills, California home, where she lived with her son King and daughter Dream.

Hector also claimed he tried to avoid the blows and would restrain Chyna, as he cared for her and wanted her to get help. He alleged that once she sobered up, Blac Chyna often wouldn’t remember the attacks from the previous night and apologized to maintain their relationship.

Twin Hector allegedly suffered from insomnia and PTSD from Blac Chyna's assault

The lawsuit reportedly asserted that Chyna never demonstrated genuine remorse toward him or sought medical or psychological treatment for her violent tendencies, despite his suggestions. Hector further claimed she blamed him for not adhering to her every instruction or demand.

He alleged that Chyna’s purported abuse resulted in severe insomnia and PTSD, and throughout their relationship, he endured a broken nose, deep facial cuts, a scar on his eyelid, whiplash, nerve damage, daily headaches, and insomnia.

In September 2021, Twin alleged that while he was sleeping at their home, Chyna unexpectedly woke him up with multiple closed-fisted punches, elbow strikes, and knee kicks to his body and face which left him "virtually blinded". Chyna reportedly called her doctor to provide first aid.

According to him, Chyna felt shielded from legal consequences due to her celebrity status and the double standard regarding domestic abuse that often favored women over men.

Blac Chyna's former partner Rob Kardashian also alleged that she tried to kill him

In 2022, Blac Chyna filed a $100 million lawsuit against several members of the Kardashian family, alleging that they had canceled her reality show to ruin her career.

However, the incident had roots in 2016. Chyna's former fiancé, Rob Kardashian, previously testified under oath that she attempted to kill him.

He stated that in 2016, she allegedly attempted to strangle him with an iPhone cord, struck him with a six-foot metal rod, and aimed an unloaded gun at him. Blac Chyna later claimed in court that the incident was just her "being funny."

As per a HotNewHipHop report, Rob Kardashian testified in the 2022 case, recounting not only the phone cord incident but also alleging that Blac Chyna struck him with a metal rod during an argument, claiming she hit him at least five times.

Nonetheless, the Kardashians emerged victorious from the case, which was reportedly worth $100 million (£79.9 million), with no damages awarded. A jury determined that none of the family members had defamed Chyna, although they concluded that they had acted in "bad faith."

Twin Hector referenced Rob Kardashian's testimony in his own lawsuit, in which he is seeking over $10 million in damages. His attorney, Kirk Edward Schenck, expressed hope that this case will raise awareness of the legal rights of men who experience domestic abuse.

Schenck stated that it was a shocking experience for any man to be attacked by a female aggressor in a domestic violence situation. He emphasized that many men in America endure serious injuries but often lack the courage to step forward and protect their legal rights.
