Adin Ross' highly anticipated Kick return got postponed, as the streamer confirmed the update on X. In one of his recent posts, the famous internet celebrity announced that he will do his comeback stream on Monday, January 6, 2025.
After being asked by a user about the reason for the delay, Ross cited "bad weather on the East Coast" and flight postponements as the cause. He wrote,
"Flights got delayed cause of bad weather on the east coast. This stream is dedicated to Jake"
Ross's upcoming stream will be dedicated to fellow Kick streamer Jake Future. As revealed by Adin Ross himself, he is throwing Future "the biggest best birthday stream" and has planned "some surprises" for him.
"Tomorrow is the stream. Jake future , I am throwing you the biggest best birthday stream tomorrow for my return. Guests r coming , and i got some surprises for u"
For those unaware, Adin had announced his indefinite departure from Kick in December 2024, with plans to focus on his Twitch return. The streamer has received multiple bans from Twitch since 2021, with the last and permanent one being in February 2023. Although his Twitch return is still uncertain, Adin Ross confirmed his comeback on Kick in the first week of 2025.
Internet reacts to Adin Ross' comeback with Jake Future's birthday stream
It is not the first time Adin Ross has surprised Jake Future. On his last birthday (December 9, 2024), Ross gave Future a luxury watch. In the viral video, Future is ecstatic as Ross interacts with him, promising him more gifts sooner.
Now that Ross is returning to Kick, he has planned to turn his stream into a birthday bash for Jake Future. After the streamer posted the update on X, here's how some of the users reacted,
"LETS GOOOO!! W ADIN," one user said
"I speak for all of us when I say we wanted JakeFuture as the special guest," someone wrote.
"this is so amazing and nice. W," @FearedBuck added.
"you gotta stop promising dates and just go live when you can," a user called out Ross for delaying the comeback stream.
"We will be there no matter what," someone promised.
Adin had previously announced his comeback on January 2 when he confirmed that Shnaggy, Konvy, and Cuffen would join him. As the streamer announced his return to Kick, he also suggested staying longer on the platform. Although inactive on his Kick account for quite some time, Adin Ross recently did the Drizzmass Giveaway stream with rapper Drake.
In August 2024, Ross hosted the President-elect (then Presidential candidate), Donal Trump, on his stream. His comeback stream will see him celebrating Jake Future's birthday, who has 57.9K followers on the platform. For the uninitiated, Future is a disabled streamer who streams quite consistently.
