Victoria Triece is a mom from Florida who was banned from volunteering at her children's school due to her OnlyFans account in 2021. Victoria lost a legal battle against Sand Lake Elementary School after a judge ruled that the school had authority to enforce the ban.
Victoria had earlier volunteered for five years before she was banned and sued the school arguing that the ban was unjust. She also noted that she felt humiliated, "judged and so isolated" after the s*xually explicit pictures were anonymously leaked to the school principal in July 2021 leading to the ban.
After fighting a two-year legal battle in four years, Triece has lost her case and well as her appeal for monetary damages she sought for privacy infringement.
"This woman is constantly around our children" - says school volunteer about Victoria Triece
In 2021, a school volunteer from Sand Lake Elementary School sent a mail to the principal of the school, highlighting Victoria Triece's work at OnlyFans. The email read,
"It has come to several parents at Sand Lake Elementary that one of the room mothers that spends time at the school is publically posting pornography through various sources on the internet. This woman is constantly around our children and her public profiles are well known."
The email mentioned that "this is not the content or subject matter" that the children should be exposed to and requested the principal to "rectify the situation before other measures are taken."
The email also mentioned,
"The mothers (sic) name is Victoria Triece but her online presence is Victoria Snooks. Her social media is widely recognizable and contains graphic content. I am posting several images for reference. Please let us know what course of action will be taken to keep this kind of material away from our children."
Victoria sued the school alleging that she was wrongfully dismissed as a volunteer and that her images were published and shared to "demean and belittle her." As per reports, Victoria also mentioned that "nobody has the right to judge what other people do for a living."
Triece's lawyer Richard Smith while speaking to The Independent said that the judge's decision "fails to recognize the importance of and need for volunteers in school" while also failing to "acknowledge and protect the efforts taken by parents, particularly single parents" to ensure that their child receives a proper and meaningful education." The lawyer also mentioned that by prohibiting Victoria from being a volunteer, the school is also "punishing her children."
