Tony Hinchcliffe, whose new comedy special hit Netflix on 7 April, was previously married to social media influencer Charlotte Jane. The comedian, known for his controversial takes, stars in the Netflix special, "Kill Tony," which will feature three exclusive episodes from his comedy show, along with a one-hour-long stand-up special.

Tony Hinchcliffe, who had earlier written for Joe Rogan and others, shot to fame after appearing during Donald Trump's Madison Square Garden rally to deliver a speech. During the speech, he made an offensive remark towards the Puerto Rican community, sparking widespread outrage, so much so that even the Trump campaign distanced itself from his comments.

Tony Hinchcliffe was married to model and social media star Charlotte Jane. The first news of their relationship emerged in 2015 after he mentioned her during a standup set.

The couple announced their engagement through a post shared by Charlotte Jane on her Instagram in 2017. Tony Hinchcliffe had also posted about their upcoming wedding in a now-deleted Instagram post.

Charlotte Jane is the daughter of Australian race car driver Bob Jane, a four-time winner of the Australian Touring Car Championship, and his second wife, Laree Jane, who was forty years his junior. In 2018, the news that Tony Hinchcliffe had married Charlotte Jane in Las Vegas just one month after meeting her was made public by comedian Mike Lawrence in an attempt to roast him during an episode of The Roast Battle, as part of the roast.

The couple occasionally posted pictures of each other until 2021, around the time of their divorce. In 2024, Tony Hinchcliffe publicly discussed his marriage and subsequent divorce. In his appearance on Howie Mandel Does Stuff, Hinchcliffe admitted to having divorced Jane but acknowledged that they are still good friends.

"The actual story of my marriage is kid of wilder than that. My actual marriage was short-lived but very much fun with a beautiful, very cool Australian girl that I met just like I would meet anybody at the comedy store back in the day at the front bar. She was super funny and super cool. We are still friends to this day…It is my ex-wife…we had a good run."

During the conversation, Tony also shared the reason they got married in the first place and how it had benefitted them both.

"She was like 'I have to go have to Australia'. Cause she had been in America for a couple of months. And I am like 'Screw that. Let's go to Vegas. I have nothing to loose' Turns out she's the heiress of you know..a billion dollar tyre company in Australia. So I am like, 'I have nothing too loose. She's not gonna take my money. She's fully loaded.' So this was a win-win situation. That's all I had to lose was money or like future money. And sure enough it worked out perfectly."

"Everyone who knows us knows that it was the coolest from beginning to end…I was just in San Diego two weeks ago, and she and her new boyfriend and our old dog all came to my show. And we had a blast; we are all super cool, and she is like the funniest, coolest chick ever."

After her divorce from Tony Hinchcliffe, Charlotte Jane began dating Chase Stopnik. The couple married in February 2024 and later announced that they were expecting their first child. In September 2024, Charlotte Jane welcomed her first child, a son, Sonny Bob Stopnik.
