Who is Rivington Starchild? All about Taylour Paige’s husband as actress expecting first baby

Actress Taylour Paige is expecting her first child with her husband, fashion designer Rivington Starchild. The "Hit the Floor" actress shared the news on Instagram, as she posted a picture of herself proudly showing off her baby bump in a long, fitted white gown.

The news of her pregnancy was unofficially revealed when Taylour Paige was seen attending the ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Awards on 27 February, along with her husband, with her baby bump showing.

Gary "Rivington Starchild" Angulo was born in 1984, in Queens, New York. He grew up splitting his time between US and Dominican Republic. Starchild later went on to create his streetwear brand, RRR 123.

Rivington is also a member of the pop-punk band DAMHET. In an interview, he shared the inspiration behind the band:

"Our idea to embody the city’s seminal cultural movements was also a very tall order. We needed not just to manipulate the process but to capture it in our style, our songs, our daily routine of loitering and coffee drinking."

In a 2016 interview with Paper Magazine, Starchild, the frontman of the band, talked about how their songs blend social messages with dance beats.

"While the band's efforts are aptly loaded with social statements, the song's chorus is at face value an explosive dance song. I'm having such a good time, I'm on a roll tonight,"

It is not exactly known how or when the "Creeper Creeper" singer met Taylour Paige, as the couple remain extremely private about their personal lives. On 19 September 2022, the couple got engaged, with Paige sharing pictures from their special moment.

In the caption of her picture, she wrote:

“Out of nowhere!! You appeared and showed me the way that I love, was always the way because it’s your way too"

Just two weeks later, the couple tied the knot in a surprise wedding ceremony on her birthday, surrounded by their friends and family.

The Zola actress shared pictures of her intimate wedding with Rivington Starchild on Instagram. She wrote:

"2022 restored me. 2022 gave me LOVE a zillion times over. 2022 I understood peace consecutively for the first time. I never did. I wish that for all of us. I want to be peace on earth. I wish it for our parents. I’m humbled by the constant mercy of what it means to experience being, living, healing, learning here on this planet."

She further continued:

"In all it’s absurdity but outrageous beauty and gifts. I’m trying my best to tread each step lightly. Man the grace and mercy that is available the entire time. God, what a special gift to finally see yourself and finally begin to love who is there. A CHILD OF GOD"
