NFL Star Stefon Diggs claims that he is the victim of an extortion attempt by a reality star. According to the New York Post, the sportsperson has filed a lawsuit against Mia Jones, popularly known as Mulan Fernandez, in Harris County, Texas. Diggs claims that he was threatened with a deadly weapon and punched in the chest by Hernandez, and all of it was being done to extract money from him.

The lawsuit also mentions Brianna "Brii" Mack and that Hernandez and Mack created havoc at Diggs' apartment and refused to leave. According to Hernandez, she was in a hospital that very morning to treat vomiting and nausea because of partying all night.

She allegedly visited the hospital after a week, where she claimed to have been "punched in the back of the head from a closed fist." The lawsuit mentions that a wristwatch and a PC gaming system belonging to Diggs were broken.

According to an article by The Chronicle, Diggs' attorney states that Hernandez threatened Diggs to pay him money or she would ruin his career.

"There were threats coming from [Jones] that he had to pay her money or she was going to go public and ruin his career. We’re kind of at the point where the threats have to stop. That’s why the decision was made to go ahead and file. At some point it just has to end."

Hernandez had filed a lawsuit against Diggs, claiming that the Buffalo Bills wide receiver physically assaulted her on June 7, 2024. She took to Instagram on February 26, claiming that the mediation that Diggs's legal team wanted did not work out.
