Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker are considered one of Hollywood's power couples. The couple was introduced by the Sex And The City star's brothers in 1991. They tied the knot in 1997 and since then have been couple goals for many. Since their wedding, they have also welcomed three kids: James Wilkie and twin daughters Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta.

The couple welcomed their firstborn, James, in October 2002 in Manhattan. They named their son after Broderick's late father.

In June 2009, the couple welcomed their twin daughters, Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta Elwell, via surrogate in Ohio. Hodge and Elwell are Sarah Jessica Parker's family names. Ahead of their birth, the And Just Like That... star revealed that she, her husband, and her son all were excited to welcome two new family members. She told Access Hollywood:

"I'm in disbelief. I'm really grateful. I feel really fortunate. My son is so excited, my husband is so excited."

Parker revealed that her girls have different interests in a 2018 interview with People Magazine. She said:

"They're really devoted to each other, but they'll also say, 'I need time away from her.' Tabitha can play by herself for hours. Loretta always needs to be checking in. They go to different schools. That's Tabitha's idea."

Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker have been active in the industry for several decades. The two have established themselves as successful actors and allegedly built a fortune for themselves. While they are still in the industry, their twin daughters, who are now 15 years old, might not follow in their footsteps.

During his appearance at Paul Newman's fundraising event SeriousFun Chindren's Network in NYC, the Ferris Bueller's Day Off star told E! News that one of his twins is not concerned about becoming an actress.

However, his and Sarah Jessica Parker's son James is a passionate actor who has already shared the screen with his father in an episode of Elsbeth. Talking about their time on the sets of the show, Broderick said,

"It was great. We had two days together."

"It was really fun to hang around the craft service table and eat snacks. He was nervous but he got over that. We had a great couple of days. It was great," Broderick added.

While their daughters are currently not interested in a career in acting, they are fashionistas just like their famous mother. In 2022, Sarah Jessica Parker discussed a fashionable moment with her daughters in an episode of Vogue's Life in Looks.

She showed her look in which she donned a nude ball gown with flowers for the magazine in 2021. Her daughters were amazed to see their mom on the magazine's cover. She said:

"I showed my daughters … and both my daughters' hands went to their mouths and they were like, 'You're on the cover of Vogue?' I didn't know they were aware of Vogue."

The moment was a touching one for the actress. She also revealed that her daughters are also fans of her movies.
