Influencer Lauren Cummings Johnson and her husband, Wilson Johnson, are mourning the tragic demise of their 9-month-old daughter, Lily Ann.

In an Instagram tribute, Lauren Cummings Johnson announced her daughter's demise, noting:

"[She] went to be with Jesus on Sunday, April 6."

At the time of publishing, details about the tragedy remain unclear, though in an online obituary, Lily Ann's parents penned that she was born on July 6, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee. They further wrote:

"she left this world far too soon on April 6, 2025, at the tender age of nine months."

The mom-of-one revealed to the world last year that her daughter had been diagnosed with Citrullinemia type 1 (CTLN1) shortly after her birth, and was forced to remain in hospice care at home. The rare genetic condition is caused by an enzyme deficiency, which can culminate in a buildup of ammonia in the body, as reported by the National Organization of Rare Disorders.

Lauren Cummings Johnson celebrates her birthday on October 21. Back in 2023, her husband wished her on her 31st birthday on Instagram, coupled with a photo from their wedding. Not much else is known about her, though per the Zola website Lauren and Wilson got married on March 11, 2022.
