Actress Lar Park Lincoln, who passed away on April 22 at the age of 63, was married to Michael Lincoln. The actress featured in horror films such as Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood and House II: The Second Story. In addition to appearing on the soap Knots Landing, she had been married to Michael Lincoln for 14 years.

Lar Park Lincoln’s passing was preceded by her husband, Michael Lincoln’s, death in 2015. As per a report by The Hollywood Reporter, Michael Lincoln died at the age of 43 after succumbing to cancer.

As per the Chicago Tribune, Michael Lincoln worked as an auto technician who used to restore classic cars.

During a conversation with Knotslanding.net, Lincoln shared that Michael had been suffering from cancer for 2 and a half years before he died. As per his wife, Michael was receiving care from a home hospice that the family had set up in San Antonio.

Lincoln, who also guest-starred on 90210, while speaking to Knotslanding.net, shared that at the time, she took a break after working on the series to spend quality time with her family. She also revealed that after Michael Lincoln’s passing, she was involved with raising her children and largely did not remain in touch with her Knots Landing co-stars.

Michael Lincoln was involved in his wife’s career, Lincoln shared during her interview with Knotslanding.net. In an anecdote, Lincoln revealed that the process of auditioning for an installment of the Friday the 13th film series was shrouded in secrecy, and the name of the film was disguised in audition calls.

However, it was her husband who unequivocally recognized the script as belonging to the Friday the 13th franchise.

She said,

"Well it was very quiet the way they advertised for the audition. It was cast as something called “Birthday Bash” so they wouldn’t have all the fans showing up and crashing the audition but my husband read the script and he said, 'This is definitely Friday the 13th'.”

Lar Park Lincoln and Michael Lincoln had two children, Piper and Trevor. The couple’s daughter, Piper, worked as a child actress on Naomi & Wynonna: Love Can Build a Bridge, and later worked on The Barn. Meanwhile, their son, Trevor, works in engineering, according to IMDb.

The news of Lincoln’s death was announced through a recent statement by Actors Audition Studios, an organization that the actress founded. In a Facebook post, Actors Audition Studios wrote,

"It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lar Park Lincoln, celebrated actress, founder of Actors Audition Studios, and America’s beloved Audition Coach, on April 22, 2025. Over her 45-year career, Lar left an unforgettable mark on Hollywood through her dynamic performances and dedication to mentoring aspiring actors.”

Continuing, the statement shared,

“She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael, to whom she was married for 14 years; her parents Jack and Marjorie Dale; and her brothers, Jack Jr. and Pat. She is survived by her daughter, Piper (husband Tarek); son, Trevor (wife Danielle); sister, Karen (husband Harold); brother, Michael (wife Joan); four grandchildren (Aura, Benjamin, Jack, and Mia Grace); her poodle, Charlie; and countless friends, extended family, and admirers worldwide.”

The statement also shared what fans and well-wishers who wish to honor the actress can do. Actors Audition Studios shared,
