Actor Jason Isaacs has been making headlines after he bared it all in the new season of his popular award-winning show The White Lotus. Isaacs plays the role of Timothy Ratliff in the hit series and has left the viewers shocked by his new full-frontal moment. Moreover, many are also inquiring about his wife Emma Hewitt.
For the unversed, Hewitt is a BBC documentary filmmaker and actress. She has several movies and mini TV series in her attribution. According to IMDb, she has been credited for working in Soldier Soldier, Jeeves And Wooster, Summer's Lease, Casualty, and more.
Jason Isaacs and Emma Hewitt have been married for more than three decades now. According to Famous Fix, the couple met while studying at the Central School of Speech and Drama. The two soon began dating and in 1988, they tied the knot. Since their marriage, they have welcomed two daughters, Lily and Ruby, in 2002 and 2005, respectively.
Isaacs does not post much about his personal life on his social media handles, but he has ensured to share a few pictures with his wife. Moreover, the two often attend celebrated events together and pose before the cameras.

How did Jason Isaacs' substance addiction affect his marriage with Emma Hewitt?
Jason Isaacs has so far led a life in the public eye due to his acting career. The Harry Potter star began acting with a small role in 1989's The Tall Guy. In the same year, he also made his television debut. While he has been performing on the big and small screens for decades, his addiction journey dates even before that.
Isaacs has revealed how he was only 12 years old when he was exposed to drugs. He recalled how he began substance abuse while talking on The Big Issue's Letter To My Younger Self. He revealed that he and his friends sneaked a bottle of Southern Comfort and its consequences. He "vomited, fell on and pulled down a giant curtain," "snogged" a girl, and later ran into the street. Despite waking up in a terrible condition with a headache, he wanted to do it again.
He added how he did not know why he wanted to experience it all again, but he "just knew I chased the sheer ecstatic joy I felt that night for another 20 years with increasingly dire consequences."
While the 61-year-old does not reveal what problems he and his wife faced in their marriage due to his addiction, he has been slightly vocal about their past. In 2020, the actor shared a photo in which he revealed that he and his wife might be looking happy but they were not. He wrote.
"My beautiful wife Emma and I in Sep 1998 looking pretty happy. We weren’t."
"3 weeks later, on October 5th, 22 years ago today, I managed 24 hours without taking any drugs or drinking alcohol. I'd tried for decades, but was too smart, too capable and too successful to pull it off. Only when I admitted that I needed help did my life change."
Jason Isaacs has been reportedly sober for about 26 years now. Further in the post from four years back, he thanked "every addict and alcoholic who's ever lifted me. I love you all - especially the mad ones. Which is most of you."
