Dayle Haddon, 76, was a Canadian model and actress, best known for promoting anti-aging products for L'Oreal and other cosmetic and magazine companies. She was found dead in her Pennsylvania home on December 27, from suspected carbon monoxide poisoning.
The Solebury Township Police Department received a call on December 27 about a man, "lying down, passed out on the first floor of a detached office/in-law suite." After the 76-year-old man was taken to the local hospital for treatment, authorities discovered the body of a 76-year-old woman in a second-floor bedroom, later identified as Dayle Haddon. As per CBS, the house is owned by Haddon's journalist daughter Ryan Haddon, and son-in-law Hallmark actor Marc Blucas.
The fire department after investigating the scene detected a high level of carbon monoxide in the property. Detective Sgt. Jonathan Koretzky while speaking to CBS News said,
"Preliminary investigation is showing that a heating unit malfunctioned exposing a large amount of carbon monoxide within the carriage house."
