Jamie Foxx's eldest daughter, Corinne Foxx, officially tied the knot with her longtime partner, Joe Hooten. The intimate ceremony was held on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Jamie, who looked visibly emotional during the ceremony, walked his Beat Shazan co-host down the aisle.
Actress Garcelle Beauvais, from The Jamie Foxx Show, took to Instagram to share glimpses from the wedding, only to delete them shortly after. However, fans were quick to notice and spread the news like wildfire. The actor was seen clad in a black tuxedo, dancing with his daughter at the reception.
Who is Joe Hooten, Corinne Foxx's husband?
According to his supposed LinkedIn profile, Hooten is the Director of the Television Department at John Wells Productions. He also has a background in teaching, having worked at the University of Southern California and in finance when he had a brief stint at Maneeya Realty Co., Ltd. He earned his degree from the same university he taught at and from Florida State University.

In a series of photos, the bride is clad in an off-the-shoulder ensemble. Her gown has delicate floral detailing, and she kept things simple with a tulle veil. Her hair is in a bun, and she opted for pearl earrings to complement the gown.
Beauvais also posted an image with the lovebirds and Jamie and his current girlfriend, Alyce Huckstepp. Furthermore, she shared images of Jamie and Corinne Foxx walking down the aisle and their father-daughter dance. The two could be seen holding hands, and the elder Foxx looked visibly emotional.

He recanted the instance of Hooten asking Foxx to take his daughter's hand in marriage.

Joe Hooten and Corinne Foxx met and started dating in 2018. They made their relationship Instagram official in September 2019 when Foxx posted an image of them at a horse stable. However, the two have opted to keep things on the quieter side. Only on occasion has Corinne Foxx given fans a sneak peek into their relationship.
