Alex and Cassie tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in August 2019, after she split up with Sean Diddy Combs in 2018 following a tumultuous off-and-on romance that spanned a decade. Cassie Ventura's husband, Alex Fine, is a fitness trainer, per The Sun. The outlet reported that the two first met at a gym in 2018, and Ventura posted a photo of them sharing a kiss in December 2018. While speaking to Vogue in October 2019, Ventura mentioned that Fine was originally Diddy's personal trainer and became her trainer, too. A source told People in November 2023,

"They hit it off, and she started to open up to him. Alex wanted to be with Cassie."

The pair got engaged in August, 2018 after Fine proposed to the model at a ranch, as per a video by People Magazine.

Fine had been supportive of Cassie throughout her legal battle with Combs and spoke publicly about the lawsuit in May 2024 on Instagram after CNN released a video footage from 2016 of Diddy attacking Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel.
