Britney Spears was seen showing love to her girl crushes in her Instagram stories on October 15. Spears' list included Pamela Anderson, Natalie Portman, Camila Cabello, Kendall Jenner, Selena Gomez, and Drew Barrymore.

While posting women in Hollywood whom she admired, Britney said she wants to talk about the "women (she) genuinely admire(s) and (has) crazy girl crushes on".

She called Pamela Anderson "a classic babe" and mentioned that the actress "seems so sweet." Natalie Portman was next on the list,

"Natalie Portman because I feel like she's the coolest person I ever met"

Britney mentioned she met Natalie outside with her dog in New York and noted that they had the same shirt on. Britney then used the words "so darn pretty" for Camila Cabello,

Her personality is so sweet and kooky I think it's healthy to be silly. I wish I was more like that!!!"

While complimenting Kendall Jenner, Britney said "Is it even normal to be that pretty???" The singer concluded the stories by giving a shoutout to her "literally gorgerous friends, Selena Gomez and Drew Barrymore.

Britney Spears on her girl friendships

In a series of Instagram stories, Britney Spears showed love to six women in Hollywood, who inspire her. The singer began the note by opening up about the evolution of her friendships.

"Let's talk about how your other half growing up is usually your best friend. Y'all literally finish each others sentences and you don't really look alike but because you're always together your mannerisms, the way you speak, and even walk it's almost like you're the same f***ing people!!!"

Britney noted that although she has girlfriends she hangs out with every now and then, it's not the same as when they were younger.

Although Britney Spears has a close friend circle now, it wasn't the same earlier hen she was under a conservatorship in 2008 for 18 years. Her father, Jamie Spears was in charge of her personal and professional life.

In a New York Times' documentary titled Framing Britney Spears, her former assistant Felicia Culotta alleged that she, along with many others who were once close to her were pushed out of the singer's life by her father and her management team.

In January 2022, the singer opened up about the strict rules of her conservatorship. Britney noted that she was never allowed to go to the spa, since the people in charge didn't want her having coffee or tea.
