TikTok influencer Breckie Hill has addressed the rumors, saying she's never met Barry Keoghan amid rumors that she was involved in Sabrina Carpenter and Barry's breakup. The two started dating in late 2023 but went their separate ways after dating for a year, as per US Weekly.
In the middle of the breakup, Breckie Hill's name came up, and Barry was accused of cheating on the "Nonsense" singer with Hill. Hill posted a TikTok video on December 7 dismissing her involvement in the breakup and said,
"I just recently got out of the hospital. I got into a skiing accident and I broke my spine... Now that I'm out of the hospital, I just wanted to make this video and address these rumors that have been circulating all throughout the internet."
She then said,
"To put it simply for you all, no, I did not get with Barry. I have never even encountered this man in my life. The only time I've seen him in on my TV from watching Saltburn."
Breckie Hill is a 21-year-old Los Angeles-based social media influencer who gained popularity on TikTok, where she has 4.3 million followers. She is known for sharing lifestyle content, including fashion and beauty.
"Me home-wrecking her relationship? No" - says Breckie Hill
In an earlier video on December 6, Breckie Hill mentioned that she had reposted the rumors which claimed that Hill was "home-wrecking" Sabrina's relationship after the posts came up on her For You page and argued that if she really was the "one getting with Barry" why she would be reposting it.
The influencer then went on to mention that she has been cheated on in several of her relationships and would never "home-wreck any relationship" or "put any girl through that pain."
Hill also said that she had been in the hospital after getting into the skiing accident all her life and reposted the video while she was in the hospital bed.
"Me home-wrecking her relationship? That would never happen. No that has all been said, I just want to say, I have never gone through a worse time in my life."
Breckie Hill mentioned that she had a broken back and was constantly "being told the worst possible things that you can imagine" and hoped for things to clear up. She also asked her followers to stop spreading rumors and "tearing other people down."
