American actor, Biff Wiff, who was known for his guest role on the Netflix show I Think You Should Leave, has passed away. The news comes after the actor's extended battle with cancer diagnosis was revealed in 2023.
Biff Wiff's passing was confirmed in an Instagram post on Friday by his management company, Entertainment Lab.
"It is with heavy hearts that we inform you of the passing of our beloved client and actor, Biff Wiff. Biff was an amazing person inside and out, and his loving energy could be felt by all. We are sending our heartfelt sympathies to his family & loved ones at this time. @biffwiff," the post read.
Wiff's co-star, Tim Robinson also addressed the news of his passing in his Instagram Story. The comedian shared a picture of himself with Wiff, along with several broken hearts.

Later, Robinson also posted a video clip of their Netflix show featuring Biff Wiff, along with a picture with the actor.

According to an Instagram post, the late actor had organized a GoFundMe, as he was rediagnosed with cancer a few years back.
In his post captioned:
"I’m not sure how to respond. I’m back in the hospital again dealing with side effects of the cancer I was diagnosed with late last year and have no idea when or if I will recover,” he said at the time. the actor said.
Later, in a May 2023 post, the actor expressed heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love and support received during his diagnosis.
"You all have been so great. thanks for the gratitude and very generous support from my family, friends and fans. The ITYSL community has been amazing. I love you each and every one. I hope you all enjoy season 3.
A look back into Biff Wiff's life and legacy
Biff Wiff, born Gary Crotty, made his acting debut in 1986, with a guest role in an episode of The New Gidget. Wiff went on to appear in a dozen shows like L.A. Law, Roswell, Roseanne, True Jackson VP, iCarly, and Moonlighting among others.
Some of his other guest roles included appearances in shows like, Grace and Frankie, Silicon Valley, Fresh Off the Boat, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. The actor's most recent appearance was for the upcoming film Hot Cheetos for Layla, the news of which he had shared on his Instagram.
Wiff also had a small role in the critically acclaimed movie Everything Everywhere All at Once. In his last post, shared on Monday, Wiff posted a collection of behind-the-scenes footage from the movie and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the directors.
Biff Wiff added:
"Thanks again Daniels. Thanks for letting me be a part of your beautiful vision. Love all my fans, friends, and family. You guys are the absolute best. Take care everyone."
