Dave Grohl's relationship with Annaliese Neilsen, 40, has come under intense scrutiny following his confession of fathering a child outside his marriage. Neilson is the founder of a now-defunct adult website, and netizens are surmising that she is the mother of his child, which she has denied. The Foo Fighters frontman, 55, revealed the news in an Instagram post that he had been unfaithful to his wife of 21 years, Jordyn Blum.

According to The New York Post, the two started getting closer, with Dave Grohl making house visits to Highland Park in Los Angeles and allegedly paying for her bills, sources claimed. However, she has dismissed all such notions, insisting that the two only shared a "brief friendship," and that she has "nothing to say except for that it is extremely false."

Who is Annaliese Neilsen, Dave Grohl's alleged mistress?

The entrepreneur is most known for her website, God's Girls, which features tattooed models with "rebellious haircuts." However, the site has since become defunct. She is also the founder of New York/Los Angeles group Girls Night In, an exclusive social networking group wherein it's women "getting together and doing all kinds of stuff,” she told Good Morning America in March 2016.

After the news broke of Dave Grohl's affair, the internet started drawing connections between him and Neilsen. However, she has vehemently denied such claims, stating that she only knows the singer through "friends of friends."

Regardless, The New York Post reported that as per a source, who met Neilsen in 2016, Grohl and the budding entrepreneur were friends "for years."

The unnamed source said:

“She had pictures … She [had a relationship] with him for years. She would say, ‘He paid for all my bills.’ It’s like, why are you telling us this?”

Her roommate, Tyler Ammons, echoed similar claims when he said that he saw the two getting close back in 2018. According to him, it was "very weird" when he once walked into their hall at home only to find Grohl and Neilsen getting cozy on the sofa. Grohl was already a father of three at the time. He also mentioned that by then, the two were "casually a thing."

“I obviously knew who he was when I walked in. I felt uncomfortable knowing he has family and children and I left.”

He also claimed that the two would meet regularly and were planning to hit the road together for his tour in 2019.

However, it remains unclear if she made it. Another source told the outlet that no one was shocked when the news of Grohl's love child came out, saying that "it was an open secret that he’s a cheater."

Dave Grohl breaks his silence on fathering a love child

Dave Grohl broke the news of his infidelity in a statement:

"I've recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage. I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness. We're grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together."

According to the Mirror, his wife Jordyn Blum is still processing the unexpected, and her friend, actress Kate Hudson is by her side. A source told the Daily Mail that the actress is "disgusted" at Dave Grohl for cheating on both Blum and their girls.

"[Hudson even sent] her a huge basket of balloons with personalized phrases on them including Stay Strong. Kate told Jordyn she's there for her 24/7 and not to hesitate to pick up the phone even if it's for a good cry or if she needs her to come over for a hug and a heart-to-heart."

Dave Eric Grohl is best known as the founder and lead singer of the rock band Foo Fighters. He also worked with the grunge band Nirvana as their drummer from 1990 to 1994. He was first married to Jennifer Leigh Youngblood, but the two called it quits in 1997. He then married Jordyn Blum, and the couple share three daughters: Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.
