One of Diddy's earliest underage accusers has been identified as Anna Kane, the ex-wife of NHL star Evander Kane. Just last year, she filed an anonymous case against him, accusing him of a "gang r*pe" when she was 17. At the time, she went by the pseudonym Jane Doe.
Anna Kane is known for her high-profile marriage to Evander Kane. The two tied the knot in 2018 but parted ways in 2021. During their time together, they welcomed a daughter named Kensington Kane in 2020. As reported by the Tribune, Kane filed for divorce, citing Evander's alleged struggles with gambling and misconduct.

Anna Kane accuses Diddy of forcing himself on her unconscious person: Here's what we know
This Friday, December 6, a judge ruled against her using a moniker and she amended her filing from the same day last year to include her real name. Apart from Combs, Harve Pierre has also been named as an abuser, as well as a third unknown party. Her lawyer, Doug Wigdor, issued a statement to TMZ on her behalf, that read:
"I had hoped to use a pseudonym in pursuing justice for what happened to me as a teenager. Defendants' demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated. I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me."
The suit accuses Pierre of approaching Kane at a lounge in Detroit, Michigan, when she was just 17 in 2003. She claims that he rang up the Bad Boy Records founder to prove their friendship, and he then coaxed her into flying out on a private jet to Teterboro, NJ, to meet his "best friend," Diddy. The third assailant was also present at the time.
She then claims that upon arriving at the studio, she was plied with drugs and alcohol before being "viciously gang r*ped" "one after the other," People Magazine has reported. She recalls slipping in and out of consciousness as the men forced themselves on her, and in the end, she woke up in the fetal position and pain.
Her filing states that after she “regained her bearings,” she was taken back to the airport and flown out to Michigan. Per USA Today, the complaint also features photos of Kane and Diddy, with the former's face blurred out as she sits on the latter's lap, who was 24 years old at the time.
As reported by People Magazine, Kane's amended filing reads:
"Ms. Kane has lived with her memories of this fateful night for 20 years, during which time she has suffered extreme emotional distress that has impacted nearly every aspect of her life and personal relationships. Given the brave women who have come forward against Ms. Combs and Mr. Pierre in recent weeks, Ms. Kane is doing the same."
Not long after Kane filed her lawsuit, Diddy took to X to defend himself:
"ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth."
Back in December 2023, Kane's lawyer, Douglas H. Wigdor accused Diddy of "abhorrent acts" in a statement, as reported by People Magazine:
"As alleged in the complaint, Defendants preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a s*x trafficking scheme that involved plying her with drugs and alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped by the three individual defendants at Mr. Combs’ studio. The depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred our client for life.”
Diddy has been hit with a slew of allegations in the same vein following his September indictment, and despite repeatedly attempting to get out on bail, to no avail, he lies in waiting behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York. His trial is slated for May 2025, and if convicted, he is looking at a lifetime behind bars.
