TDE executives have come under fire for alleged s*xual assault of two anonymous women.

On Friday, news spread that Top Dawg Entertainment was being sued for turning a "blind eye" to their woes. The employees named in the lawsuit include Brandon Tiffith and Anthony Tiffith Jr., the label's founder's son.

While the former has been accused of making unwanted s*xual advances and s*xual battery, the latter stands accused of a “pattern of s*xual harassment,” according to Complex and HipHop DX.

Everything we know about the lawsuit against TDE so far:

Complex has reported that the lawsuit, which outlines instances of s*xual harassment, assault, and breach of contract, was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court this past December.

The lawsuit states that the first plaintiff began working with the label back in 2019, and not long after, Brandon, who is the Chief Marketing Officer, began acting inappropriately with her. The alleged victim also claims that when she sought to be compensated for her work for the label, she was denied.

As for the second plaintiff, she alleged that she was s*xually harassed on TDE property, noting that in one instance, she was “s*xually harassed twice by TDE employees, one of whom gave her alcohol (despite her being underage) in an attempt to further s*xual advances.”

One of the women has been identified as Linda Luna, though it is unclear which one. TDE’s attorney, Marty Singer, has since responded to the accusations in a statement, rubbishing them as nothing but a "shakedown":

“This is a clear example of a shakedown lawsuit by Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri who made a demand of $48 million through their attorneys on fabricated claims, and whose attorneys are looking for their 10 minutes of fame. There are text messages and communications that totally refute these baseless claims. Additionally, Ms. Luna and Ms. Altayri were never employees of Top Dawg Entertainment. We are confident that we will prevail in this action.”

However, Luna has since pushed back on the statement on Instagram, where she uploaded alleged proof of her having worked for the label. “Management memories with Alemeda, but I’m lying??” she captioned the photo. She also shared an image of herself with Tiffith Jr., captioning it:

“But I never worked with TDE??? Hmm, and my legal team nor I have ever asked for $48 million neither nor any other dollar amount. This is why it’s hard for women to come forward, but we will let this play in court with the evidence. It’s unfortunate women in this male dominated industry are conditioned to think this type of manipulation & abuse is normal and we accept.. not anymore.”

In another post, she noted that this was "her truth" and that she was standing up for herself.

As reported by Hip Hop DX, the women's lawyers said in a statement:

“This lawsuit presents a glaring example of the systemic abuse and exploitation in the entertainment industry. Our clients trusted TDE to act with integrity and professionalism. Instead, their trust was betrayed in profoundly damaging ways. They’re bringing this lawsuit because they refuse to be silenced, and because they intend to hold TDE accountable in court.”

Complex has reported that the plaintiffs are seeking restitution for their "emotional distress, economic harm, and violations of their rights under California law." They are also seeking punitive damages for "TDE's ratification of the s*xual misconduct of its officers."
