Where does Lindsay Lohan live now? Freaky Friday star spotted at Oscars 2025 after party

Our favorite rom-com actress Lindsay Lohan was recently seen at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. The party was organised in Beverly Hills, California. The actress was spotted after a while since she moved to Dubai and lives there with her husband and child.

She attended the party in a custom-made Balencia gown. The white gown exuded sheer bridal elegance, which was sequin-covered and had a small trail. The gown made Lohan look elegant and chic.

The dress had a white scoop neck which showed off Lohan's neckline. Lohan paired it with a necklace of real diamonds and almost 100 carats of Lorraine Schwartz Colombian emeralds. The actress adorned her fingers with rings of Lorraine Schwartz Colombian emeralds and diamonds. She opted for straight hair and minimal makeup.

Lohan attended the Oscars afterparty consecutively for two years. Last year she styled a shimmery silver Balenciaga gown paired with stunning heels from Christian Louboutin and minimal silver jewellery.

The stunning white dress comes after confirmation of Lohan's marriage with Dubai-based financier, Bader Shammas in July 2022. The Mean Girls star took to Instagram and expressed her happiness on finding happiness and grace in life.

"I am the luckiest woman in the world. Not because I need a man, but because he found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace. I am stunned that this is my husband."

Lohan and Shammas welcomed their first child on July 2023 and named it Luai (which means a protector or shield in Arabic).

Lohan's life after marriage

Lohan moved to Dubai in 2014. Her husband is believed to be extremely private and the couple doesn't reveal much about their day-to-day life. The couple recently attended the screening of Netflix's movie Our Little Secret on November 18, 2024.

While there is less information about Shammas, it is believed that the couple enjoys a luxurious private life in Dubai. Badar Shammas was born in Kuwait and is the Assistant Vice President of Credit Cruisse, a banking firm. He has been a part of the firm since 2018.

With a net worth of around $100 million, Badar Shammas has degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Finance. The couple, with their newborn child, reside in a 700 sq ft villa with four bedrooms which Lindsay calls her family home. In an interview with the National News, she said she wanted a relaxed home with calm and coastal vibes.

Lohan met Badar at a restaurant in Dubai in 2019. In an interview with Allure, the actress said that after meeting Badar, she told him that she feels he is the person she will be forever with and that she will not be able to talk to someone like this.

Badar got engaged to Lohan in 2021. Badar proposed to Lohan while she was in Utah filming for Netflix movie Falling for Christmas with a shiny ring that was worth $250,000. The couple got married in a secret ceremony on April 3, 2022. After 3 months, Lohan confirmed the news in an Instagram post. The actress wrote on the post that she feels lucky to have Shammas as her husband and his presence makes her life full of happiness.

Lohan is loving her laid back mom life in Dubai and has often expressed that she finds joy in motherhood.
