In an exclusive published on February 18, People magazine reported that WNBA star A’ja Wilson subtly teased her relationship with NBA player Bam Adebayo. According to the exclusive, rumors regarding the two have been in the air since 2024, after they were spotted together before the Paris Olympics and their "cryptic social media posts."

The two have a lot in common, as they are well-known professional basketball players and Olympic gold medalists. According to Wikipedia, A'ja Wilson is a 28-year-old professional basketball player who has been playing for the 'Las Vegas Aces of the Women's National Basketball Association' (WNBA) and was named the MVP of the Tournament at the 2024 Summer Olympics in France. Wilson and Team USA also won the gold medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics as well as the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Meanwhile, Bam Adebayo is an NBA player currently playing for the Miami Heat. Adebayo, 27 years old, was born on July 18, 1997, in Newark, New Jersey. His father, John Adebayo, is of Nigerian Yoruba ethnicity, while his mother, Marilyn Blount, is an African-American. Though he spent about seven years of his life in Newark, later, he moved to North Carolina with his mother.
