Project 2025 is a major initiative, uniting over 100 conservative organizations to dismantle the Deep State and return power to the people. Its Mandate for Leadership, released in April 2023, was developed by over 400 scholars and policy experts, offering policy solutions to address the nation's key challenges and guide America forward.
Project 2025 seeks to secure the border, complete the wall, and deport undocumented immigrants. It aims to increase oversight of the FBI and DOJ, boost U.S. energy production to lower costs, and curb government spending to reduce inflation.
The plan also focuses on making federal bureaucrats more accountable to elected officials, shifting education control to parents and local governments, and banning biological males from competing in women's sports.
Donald Trump has previously said he had nothing to do with Project 2025 because it is a brainchild of the Heritage Foundation. He had also expressed disagreement with certain aspects of the initiative, calling some of its proposals ridiculous and abysmal.
Kamala Harris also attacked Donald Trump as 'weak'
Kamala Harris emphasized the importance of not allowing anyone to silence one's voice, stressing that voting gave people the power to shape the country's future. However, the most striking moment came at the end of the interview.
While seated next to Fat Joe, the Vice President criticized Trump’s character, portraying him as someone who projected strength but was, in her view, weak. This moment allegedly became one of the most talked-about highlights of the BET Awards.
However, Kamala Harris emphasized the importance of voting, highlighting that despite widespread misinformation, it remained crucial for shaping the country's future. She urged voters not to be discouraged, as staying engaged is essential to making a difference.
Fat Joe openly expressed his support for Kamala Harris during the broadcast, bringing in Las Vegas Congressman Steven Horsford to emphasize the importance of voting. Horsford encouraged hip-hop fans to protect and celebrate the culture by voting for Harris.
The rapper also made political remarks during the award show, urging viewers to vote, despite the usual avoidance of politics at such events.
He criticized Trump, praising Kamala Harris for her efforts to forgive student debt and condemning Trump for attempting to reinstate stop-and-frisk policies.
